Michele Chait +Ms. Chait, Senior Consultant, specializes in regulatory finance and project valuation. With over fifteen years of experience in the energy industry, her expertise spans international and domestic power project development, project finance, contract structuring, energy efficiency, and business strategy. Her responsibilities at E3 include asset valuation, tax, mergers and acquisitions, cost of capital evaluation, shareholder value analysis, rate design, and cost of service studies. Prior to joining E3 in 2006, she held positions with Calpine and InterGen - a Bechtel-Shell venture. Ms. Chait received a B.A. in Mathematics & Middle Eastern Studies from University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance and economics.
