Andrew DeBenedictis + Mr. DeBenedictis joined E3 in December 2008 after earning a B.A. in Physics and Astronomy from Bowdoin College in Maine. His experience at E3 focuses on cost of service and rate design, as well as renewables and emerging technology. Additionally, he has completed projects involving price benchmarking, surveying PV production costs, and modeling future emissions scenarios. His prior experience includes modeling the theoretical efficiency of thin-film polymer solar cells during a summer REU program at Michigan State University.
