

Jamil Farbes +Mr. Farbes joined E3 in 2011 after receiving an M.S. in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley. His work for E3 has included constructing an energy efficiency supply curve as part of a non-wire alternative analysis, analyzing PV costs to understand the solar industry’s competitive landscape, and providing client support on new markets, valuation and regulations relating to photovoltaics. Mr. Farbes' experience includes investigating fast demand response for ancillary services at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory’s Demand Response Research Center, research on prioritizing government investments of AB 32 cap and trade revenue, and a renewable energy assessment with optimization modeling for a tribe in the western Sierra Nevada. He also has a B.A. in Biochemical Sciences from Harvard University.
