Amy Guy Wagner +Ms. Wagner, Senior Consultant, leads project work in E3's Emerging Technology practice area with several of E3's renewable development and IPP clients including BrightSource Energy, SunEdison, Solar Millennium, Alion, and Fotowatio Renewable Ventures. The work includes utility valuation, strategic siting, transmission risk assessment and investor support. Ms.Wagner also assisted Hawaiian Electric Company in their Feed-in Tariff proceeding; developing rates for small-scale wind, photovoltaics, concentrating solar power, and in-line hydro projects. Her prior experience includes project management and sustainable business development at HDR Inc., where she provided consulting services for local governments, renewable developers, businesses and international organizations on a wide range of projects. Ms. Wagner earned her B.S. and M.S. in Earth Systems at Stanford. She recently returned to Stanford and received a second M.S. in Management Science and Engineering with an energy policy and strategy focus.
