Arne Olson
Arne has
expertise in the areas of transmission access and pricing, electricity
restructuring, energy policy and regulation, energy market analysis,
and energy demand and price forecasting. Prior to joining E3 in January
2002, Arne was employed as a Senior Energy Policy Specialist with
the Washington Office of Trade and Economic Development, where he had
lead policy responsibility for electricity transmission, wholesale energy
markets and energy taxation.Arne earned B.S. degrees in Mathematics
and Statistics from the University of Washington, and M.S. degrees in
International Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania
and the École du Pétrole et des Moteurs
of the Institut Français du Pétrole.
