Eli Kollman
Eli has expertise in the areas of energy efficiency program regulation,
wholesale energy market analysis, power purchase contracts and derivative valuation. Prior to joining E3 in 2005, Eli was employed as a Regulatory Analyst with the California Public Utilities Commission, where he had lead policy responsibility for avoided cost development and energy efficiency program evaluation. Eli holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Barbara, an MA in Economics from Boston University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Statistics and Applied Probability.
