Michele specializes in energy finance. With 10 years of experience in the energy industry, her expertise spans project finance, international and domestic power project development, equity portfolio management, contract structuring, energy efficiency, business strategy, and economic analysis. Her current responsibilities at E3 include asset valuation, mergers and acquisitions, cost of capital, shareholder value, and cost of service. Prior to joining E3 in 2006, she held management positions with Calpine and InterGen - a Bechtel-Shell venture. She received a B.A. in Mathematics from University of California at Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago with concentrations in finance and economics.
