DR. RAYMOND HARTMAN

With more than 25 years experience in consulting, teaching, and testimony, Dr. Hartman specializes in industrial organization and the application of quantitative methods to regulated industries, energy markets, antitrust analysis, environmental issues, employment discrimination, and damage estimation. He has held positions as Associate Professor of Economics at Boston University, as Visiting Associate Professor at the University of California's Berkeley School of Law, and as a member of the research faculty at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He holds a Ph.D. (Economics) from MIT.
