ROGER DUGAN Mr. Dugan has over 30 years of experience in the electric power industry concentrating on problems that require the application of computer methods to electric power engineering. As a Senior Consultant at Electrotek Concepts, his work has touched nearly all aspects of power engineering, with particular emphasis on the distribution system. He has coauthored the book Electrical Power Systems Quality published by McGraw-Hill. In addition, he is active in developing new computer techniques for distribution planning, particularly for the inclusion of dispersed generation. He has an ME degree in electric power engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
