RON WARRINGTON

SENIOR PARTNER

Ron heads the procurement and RFP advisory services practice area for E3. He specializes in corporate strategy, business/project development, M&A and financial advisory services, supply procurement, and portfolio management.  Ron brings expertise in finance and financial instruments, market strategy, customer service and new business development. His experience includes corporate finance and lending at Chase Manhattan Bank, venture capital and private equity investing, and management consulting for CSC/Index. His consulting clients have ranged from multinational utilities to Wall Street investment banks, where he developed new financial businesses and reengineered customer service organizations. Ron has advised some of North America's largest utilities, industrial customers and independent power marketers on new business opportunities, asset valuation/M&A opportunities, and procurement. 

Ron received his BA in Economics from University of California at Berkeley, was Credit Trained at Chase Manhattan Bank in New York and obtained his MBA from Harvard University.
