National Time-Dependent Valuation
The National TDV analysis provides a proposed new basis for regionally differentiated air conditioner appliance standards at the DOE. Methodology, results, data sources and analysis spreadsheets are provided for 8 cities: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL; Fresno, CA; Houston, TX; New York, NY; Phoenix, AZ; St. Louis, MO; and Washington, DC.
