We combine ongoing mentoring with a robust new hire training that prepares our team to work across practice area topics and introduces staff to company leadership. We provide diverse trainings catered to different career concentrations, including an annual Project Management Academy. We provide our managers with ongoing development opportunities to support them as they support our staff. We have weekly lunch talks, practice area presentations on industry trends, and opportunities for conference presentations and contributions to white papers. And, we provide each employee an annual allowance to pursue training around skills you want to develop.
We have offices in San Francisco, New York, Boston, Denver, and Calgary. We also have a handful of employees working remotely in vibrant cities all over the United States. (See office locations information)
E3 has adopted a hybrid and flexible work environment that adapts to the changing needs of both our projects and our people. Because E3 thrives in a strong, collaborative, office-based environment, we encourage employees to work from an office at least 2–3 days per week, while also welcoming those who prefer to come in to the office regularly.

Compensation: We love rewarding our teammates for great work. At E3, we provide competitive base salaries as well as a meaningful annual and quarterly bonus structure based on team and individual performance. We reward and celebrate your contributions when you go the extra mile for your clients and your team.
Unlike traditional consulting companies, at E3, your base salary is based on a 40 hour workweek with opportunities for flexibility and flexing up to take on additional projects for additional compensation. We provide our employees with a great degree of flexibility and ownership to put extra effort toward projects and provide related rewards that go with such extra effort.
