Melina Bartels is an Associate Director at E3, where she focuses on commercial due diligence and transaction advisory for investments in power generation portfolios and energy companies. She helps investors evaluate value, risk, and growth opportunities across utility-scale renewable energy, battery storage, and conventional generation, spanning operating assets and development pipelines. Melina also advises investors, developers, and large load clients on investments in data centers and supporting energy infrastructure, focusing on the power supply and regulatory challenges that impact project viability and growth. Finally, Melina also conducts extensive work in distributed energy resources, supporting investment and market strategy while helping clients understand the evolving economics and opportunities for customer-sited energy solutions.

Outside of work, Melina enjoys mountaineering, distance running, and spending time with her mini pit bull, Lily.
