Jeremy Laundergan is a Senior Director at E3, leading efforts in distribution technology and planning. He brings over 20 years of experience helping utilities modernize and optimize their distribution systems, with expertise spanning grid modernization – including use case development and business case planning, systems architecture and operational systems integration, and distributed energy resource management and demand side management programs such as flexible load – along with distribution planning and implementation oversight.
Before joining E3, Jeremy was Vice President of Utility Consulting Services at EnerNex, where he supported utilities nationwide in designing and implementing major modernization initiatives, from advanced metering and distribution automation to grid reliability and integrated distribution system planning. His work helped utilities translate strategic and economic analyses into operational systems that deliver measurable benefits in the field.
Earlier in his career, Jeremy spent several years at Southern California Edison (SCE), where he helped define use cases for Metering Infrastructure (AMI) and led pioneering projects in demand response and distributed energy resource integration.
At E3, Jeremy focuses on distribution engineering and technology planning, helping clients bridge the gap between grid modernization strategy and implementation.
