Anupriya Mishra is an Associate Consultant at E3, where her work focuses on understanding how technical power system operations and market structures shape investment, planning, and emissions outcomes. Before joining E3, she worked on energy storage modeling and pricing with a renewable energy operator and developer and conducted a techno-economic assessment of emerging solar technologies at a renewable energy consulting engagement in Portugal. During her graduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, Anupriya was involved in projects examining how carbon markets and renewable energy policies influence investment decisions and emissions outcomes in the power sector. This included assessing regulatory challenges in emissions accounting for biomass projects and developing models to simulate emissions trading mechanisms for power plant operators. She also conducted electricity demand modeling to support planning for the university’s transition to zero-carbon electricity.

Anupriya is driven by a combination of curiosity and fascination towards energy. She is motivated to create a meaningful impact on the industry and hopes to support the clean energy transition through her work.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Anupriya out for a run, playing team sports, exploring new cafés, reading everything under the sun, or occasionally writing.
