Gracia Arthur supports the Asset Valuation group from E3’s Calgary Office. He works on E3’s market price forecasts focusing on the PJM and ISO-NE markets. Additionally, he contributes to market-specific analysis for clients across major US and Canada energy markets evaluating the value of energy, resource adequacy, ancillary services and RECs and transaction diligences for buy/sell-side clients covering a variety of assets including renewables, storage and gas. Prior to E3, Gracia spent over six years at the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo), where he undertook wide-ranging tasks from power systems protection and control to managing electricity market and settlement processes and interacting with regulators and policymakers to ensure reliable and secure power supply from the grid.
Gracia was drawn to E3 by the opportunity to work with knowledgeable colleagues on high-impact sustainable and clean energy projects and is keen on helping policy makers, utilities, project developers, and investors tackle the most pressing issues in facilitating the clean energy transition.
In his free time, Gracia enjoys playing and watching soccer, listening to good music, reading history, and learning about different cultures through documentaries and travelling.
