Jeremy Wadsack is the Director of Energy Analytics and Products at E3, where he brings over 20 years of experience in software engineering, data systems, and product development. He focuses on building secure, scalable, and resilient analytics platforms to support energy modeling across E3’s practice areas. Jeremy works to streamline data workflows, improve modeling infrastructure, and advance internal tools and systems.
Jeremy has been part of launching seven companies and has held leadership roles in both startups and enterprise consulting. Prior to E3, he co-founded and served as CTO for multiple technology ventures, working across industries including search analytics, employee engagement, and aviation safety, where he helped develop a system used by NASA and later transferred to the FAA. He has also advised organizations such as NPR, Intel, and Comcast, and has a long track record of fostering high-performing, diverse engineering teams.
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and riding his bike. He also serves as a teaching assistant at Ada Developers Academy and co-chairs the Seattle CTO Club, supporting peer learning among technology leaders.
