Manfei Wu
Manfei Wu joined E3’s resource planning practice in 2021. Her work focuses on helping utilities and power market participants navigate challenges and opportunities associated with decarbonization and clean energy transition. Her recent work included providing support on integrated resource and system planning and grid resiliency analysis to utilities in the Southwest.
Prior to joining E3, Manfei worked with ICF’s commercial energy and policy and planning team, where she managed and contributed to project work on power asset valuation, new technology applications, resource planning, and utility procurements.
Manfei is excited to have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging issues in the energy sector and help drive changes as the industry goes through a quick transformation.
Outside work, Manfei enjoys outdoor activities including tennis, skiing, and skateboarding, as well as k-pop dancing.
