Emily Peterson joined E3 in 2020. She primarily works in E3’s distributed energy resources practice area modeling and analyzing the economics of clients’ renewables integration and transportation electrification goals. Prior to E3, Emily worked for ICF’s Clean Transportation Practice focusing on modeling decarbonization pathways for the transportation sector.

Working at E3 allows Emily the opportunity to promote sustainable energy consumption through policies and regulations rooted in strong technical analysis. She is excited to continue to contribute to E3’s cutting edge and impactful work.

Outside of work, Emily stays active by running, biking, and hiking. She also enjoys knitting and travelling.
