Manjia Gong supports E3’s Asset Valuation practice area, focusing on energy market analysis and price forecasts. Manjia joined E3 after two years as a power market analyst leading Japan power market research. In this role, she delved deep into policy analysis, developed long-term forecasts through modeling, and published reports and insights for clients to understand market dynamics. She also broadened her expertise in the energy sector with internships at the Center for Strategic and International Studies and environmental NGOs.

Manjia is passionate about evolving power market systems and analyzing opportunities and challenges for energy transition. She enjoys providing strategic advisory to help clients navigate the complex and dynamic power market landscape.

Outside of work, Manjia is an avid reader of a diverse range of books. You can also find her traveling, strategizing her way around board games, and cooking spicy cuisines.
